To start it off, here is an image of a bald eagle that was in the area. This is only one of the HUNDREDS of bald eagles that were between La Crosse and La Crescent a few weeks ago. It was truly phenomenal to see that many eagles at one time. The majestic birds that were once on the endangered species list are now thriving. How cool!

NOTE: the images in this feed have been downsized or removed for copyright reasons. To see them in their unmodified state, please view the original post by clicking here.

When I watch my son look at a picture of himself, I can’t help but notice the look on his face. He’s proud that we cared enough to display him in our home. He feels secure and like an important part of the family and he’s quick to point it out to friends and family.

A nice portrait of your child displayed in your home helps gives your child a better sense of belonging and raises his or her self-esteem. Updating the portraits with important milestone events shows how much you love and cherish your child’s presence in the family. It reinforces what your child is good at, what they enjoy doing and what makes them happy. Really, there is no wrong time to have your child’s portrait taken.

Family portraits add meaning, belonging and install healthy self-esteem principles. As a parent, these photographs will serve as lifelong memories of your child who, inevitably, will grow up way too fast. They’ll be handed down to your childs children and enjoyed for generations. Photographs will cement ideas in their mind that they are good, capable, loveable and worthwhile. They are an easy way to show your kids that you care and that you are proud of them.

Gina Alexander is a name you might not recognize but you’d probably be able to recognize her work. Gina Alexander is the original creator of the photo handbag. She creates everything from small cosmetic bags, coin purses, tote bags, handbags, wristlets, wallets, journals and key chains. The best part of these hand-crafted, sturdy and beautiful bags, is that your picture goes on it! You pick the picture(s) and design the bag to look the way you want it to.

Penelope Cruz, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Jennifer Lopez, Oprah Winfrey, Adam Sandler, Matthew Mcconnaughey, Rosie O’Donnell, Usher, Kenny Chesney, Dr. Phil, Eminem, Julia Roberts, Lynard Skynard and more carry these bags and purses over their shoulder, around their wrists, or have a Gina Alexander wallet in their back pocket. If you don’t believe me, see for yourself.

Gina Alexander donates a portion of all handbag profit to HOPE FOR CHILDREN. A charitable organization for assisting families interested in adoption without the financial means to accomplish it.

At The Studio we can help supply you with some of the images we have taken of your children, family or even your pet, to put on your very own personalized Gina Alexander bag that will make heads turn. Contact us to learn how.

It was six incredible days filled with inspiring speakers, challenging competition, visiting vendors in the trade show and networking with friends. It’s these very things that rejuvenate creativity and prompt positive change in our everyday.

We were impressed by the talented speakers from across the country and can’t wait to implement some of the many great ideas they had. Competing with some of the best photographers in the country is always something we look forward to. We were pleased to come back with two blue and two red ribbons. We had a good time visiting with the vendors at the trade show and are excited to put our purchases to good use! It was exciting to see all the new things that are out there!

As the incoming Vice President, it was great to see and talk to so many fellow photographers. It’s conventions like this that help make the association and our individual businesses great and strong.

The mixture of natural light and custom backgrounds for each pet was the recipe for success. Thanks to everyone for coming and helping support the humane society!
